These Terms govern your use of our auto repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and related services in Spain (“Services”). By booking an appointment, requesting an estimate, authorizing work, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & authorization

  • You must be the vehicle owner or have clear authorization from the owner to approve diagnostics and repairs.
  • You confirm that the information you provide (vehicle details, contact info, symptoms) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • We may request proof of identity or authorization before releasing a vehicle or performing certain work.

2) Estimates, diagnostics & approvals

  • We provide estimates based on the information available at the time. Diagnostics may be required before a firm estimate can be confirmed.
  • If we discover additional work that is necessary (or recommended for safety/compliance), we will seek your approval before proceeding, unless immediate action is required to prevent damage or maintain safety.
  • Work is authorized only when you approve the estimate in writing, by message, or by other recorded confirmation.

If you request partial repairs, you accept the risk that unresolved faults may persist or lead to further issues.

3) Scheduling, delays & cancellations

  • Appointment times are approximate. Delays can occur due to parts availability, diagnostic complexity, supplier constraints, or safety checks.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible.
  • We may refuse or postpone service for safety, legal, or operational reasons, including suspected fraud or unsafe vehicle condition.

4) Pricing, payments & invoices

  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion and before vehicle release.
  • Prices may include labor, parts, consumables, diagnostics, and taxes as applicable. Any discounts or promotions must be confirmed before checkout.
  • If you request returns or refunds for parts, they are subject to supplier policies and the condition of returned items.

5) Warranty & workmanship

  • Labor warranty: 12 months from the date of service, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Parts warranty: manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and proof of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; misuse; racing; towing beyond rated capacity; poor maintenance; modifications; or faults unrelated to our work.
Warranty procedure

To claim warranty service, contact us promptly and stop using the vehicle if continued driving could worsen the issue. We may need to inspect the vehicle before any remedy.

6) Liability & pre-existing conditions

  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or damage unrelated to our work, including prior repairs, corrosion, or manufacturing defects.
  • Some procedures may reveal or trigger failure of aged components (e.g., brittle hoses, seized bolts). We will inform you if additional work becomes necessary.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7) Storage, uncollected vehicles & fees

  • Once notified that your vehicle is ready, you must collect it promptly.
  • Uncollected vehicles may incur storage fees after 7 calendar days, based on space and handling needs.
  • If a vehicle remains uncollected for an extended period, we may take lawful steps in accordance with Spanish regulations.

8) Disputes, governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
  • Any disputes will be handled by competent Spanish courts, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
  • We encourage contacting us first so we can attempt a practical resolution.

9) Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.
  • The version posted on this page applies at the time you book or authorize work.
